NeoSOFT has expanded its presence with new offices in Mumbai, Airoli, and Pune, adding 1,100 tech roles to boost its NeoNXT cloud platform. The move includes launching innovation hubs for AI, Gen AI, and automation, positioning the company as a leader in India’s evolving digital engineering and enterprise solutions landscape.
Strategic Growth to Power NeoNXT and Future-Ready Solutions
NeoSOFT, a leading digital engineering and IT solutions company, has unveiled its new office spaces in Mumbai, Airoli (Navi Mumbai), and Pune as part of a primary expansion strategy. This move is expected to significantly strengthen its capacity to build and scale its cloud infrastructure platform, NeoNXT, while deepening its capabilities in emerging technologies.
Scaling Up Talent and Infrastructure
NeoSOFT plans to recruit 1,100 engineers across the three cities for the expansion. These professionals will work on platform development, artificial intelligence, machine learning, and enterprise solutions. The new office spaces are designed to support this hiring surge, with 400 seats added in Mumbai, 400 in Airoli, and 300 in Pune.
“This expansion is both a strategic and cultural milestone for NeoSOFT,” said Nishant Rathi, Co-founder and Director of NeoSOFT. “It reflects our ambition to not only scale rapidly but also to invest in future-forward capabilities that will shape the next digital transformation era.”
Boosting Innovation with Centres of Excellence
NeoSOFT’s newly launched offices are also set to become hubs for innovation. The company plans to establish Centres of Excellence (CoEs) in these spaces, bringing together cross-functional teams to develop intelligent solutions in Gen AI, machine learning, data analytics, and automation.
These CoEs will be complemented by Global Capability Centres (GCCs), which will support the company’s growing roster of international enterprise clients. These GCCs are expected to be key in delivering scalable, high-quality services that meet global digital transformation needs.
A Legacy of Tech Entrepreneurship
This latest expansion comes shortly after a significant business milestone for the company’s founders. In April 2025, NeoSOFT’s Co-founders, Nikhil and Nishant Rathi, exited their earlier venture, Web Werks India Pvt Ltd, following its complete acquisition by Iron Mountain in a deal valued at ₹1,400 crore.
The new investments underline NeoSOFT’s commitment to being a frontrunner in India’s fast-evolving tech landscape. With a focus on scalable cloud infrastructure and AI-driven innovation, the company is positioning itself to play a significant role in shaping the digital future.
Looking Ahead
As India’s IT and digital solutions industry sees robust growth, NeoSOFT’s expansion signals confidence in the region’s talent pool and its potential as a global technology hub. The company aligns itself with the next wave of digital disruption with modern infrastructure, dedicated innovation labs, and a renewed focus on emerging technologies.
By investing in people and platforms, NeoSOFT is not just expanding office space—it’s building the foundation for a more intelligent, more connected tomorrow.
