Bengaluru-based 2gethr is redefining managed offices and coworking through human-centred design, strong technology and story-led branding. When 2gethr launched in Bengaluru in 2019, its founders saw a clear gap: companies were evolving, but offices were not. “We saw companies transforming, but their workspaces stayed stuck in the past,” recalls Founder Amit Prakash. Their answer was a workspace brand “designed for human potential,” where people feel connected, cared for and inspired to do their best work.

Today, 2gethr offers managed offices, flexible coworking and enterprise solutions that go beyond desks and meeting rooms. Natural light, biophilic design, ergonomic seating and high-touch hospitality are built into every centre. As Amit puts it, “Our aim is simple. We create environments where people come to grow, collaborate, and do their best thinking.”

2gethr’s culture starts with how its team is built. The founders hire for curiosity, ownership and empathy before credentials. “Skills can be taught,” Amit says, “but attitude is what shapes the culture.” Co-founder Shilpa Revankar calls the team the brand’s strongest ambassador: “We look for people who care about design, detail, and human experience.”

Each founder brings a distinct leadership style. For Amit, clarity of “why” unlocks the “how.” Shilpa leads with deep listening: “When you listen to people—really listen—trust naturally follows.” Co-founder Magam Siva Krishna champions experimentation: “Perfection isn’t the goal. Evolution is.”

Tech and R&D: The Silent Engines

Behind the warm hospitality sits a strong technology backbone. 2gethr uses IoT, automation, sensor controls and AI-based analytics, along with a member app that personalises the experience. “We use data to design better human experiences,” says Magam. For Amit, technology is never gimmicky: “It’s a tool to remove friction so people can focus on meaningful work.”

Research and experimentation drive every new centre. The team studies acoustics, lighting, wellness patterns and sustainability to refine each site. As Amit notes, “Every workspace is both a product and a prototype,” ensuring the next development is always smarter than the last.

Design, Storytelling and a Distinct Brand Mindset

What truly differentiates 2gethr is its design-first, story-led brand philosophy. Every office is custom-built for the client. “We don’t give clients our identity,” Amit says. “We create theirs.” This is anchored in the brand belief Dream It. Do It. “Dream It. Do It. isn’t just a tagline,” Shilpa explains. “It’s the DNA of every entrepreneur, every startup founder, every team that walks through our doors.”

Instead of selling seats, 2gethr tells stories—of late-night brainstorms, milestone wins and teams turning ideas into ventures. “People connect with emotion, with connection, with possibility,” Shilpa says.

Awards, Impact and the Road Ahead

2gethr was Asia’s first WELL-certified coworking space, underscoring its commitment to health, wellbeing and environmental performance. Multiple Realty+ honours have followed that milestone, Global Excellence & Leadership Awards and recognition as Best Workspace Partner for GCCs at the Business Connect Awards 2025.

Yet the founders believe their real success lies in client loyalty—from startups to global GCCs—who trust 2gethr as a partner in growth. “You can copy our style,” Amit says, “but not our mindset.” With expansion underway into Hyderabad, Pune and Gurgaon, and plans for AI-driven personalisation, carbon-neutral operations and 2gethr Labs, the company’s next chapter is about depth, not just scale.
