Flexible workspace operator 315Work Avenue has strengthened its senior leadership team with the appointment of Gitanjali Rathnasabapathy as Vice President – Sales, South India. The move comes at a time when the company is accelerating its expansion plans and increasing its focus on enterprise occupiers across key southern markets. In her new role, Rathnasabapathy will lead business development, revenue generation, market expansion, and sales strategy initiatives while helping enhance operational performance across the company’s growing portfolio.
The appointment reflects the company’s commitment to building a strong leadership structure as demand for flexible and managed office spaces continues to rise across India. South India remains one of the most active commercial real estate markets in the country, driven by technology firms, global capability centres (GCCs), startups, and large enterprises increasingly seeking agile workspace solutions.
Industry Expertise to Drive Enterprise Growth
Rathnasabapathy brings more than ten years of experience in commercial real estate advisory, enterprise sales, and the flex workspace sector. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions at major industry players, including CBRE, JLL, Simpliwork, and Smartworks. The leadership addition comes as enterprises increasingly prioritise flexibility, scalability, and employee-centric workplace experiences. Operators that can combine premium infrastructure with customised workspace solutions are gaining greater traction among occupiers seeking long-term workplace partners.
Positioning for the Next Wave of Flex Space Demand
Expressing her enthusiasm about the new role, Rathnasabapathy said, “I am excited to join 315Work Avenue at a time when the flexible workspace sector is witnessing significant momentum. The company’s strong brand, customer-centric approach, and ambitious growth plans present tremendous opportunities. I look forward to working with the team to expand our footprint, deepen client relationships, and drive sustainable business growth across South India through effective execution.”
Currently, 315Work Avenue manages approximately 3.5 million sq. ft. of workspace inventory, representing around 70,000 seats across 45 locations in Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Pune.
