Since entering India in 2018 with a modest team of 60 employees, Atlassian has rapidly grown to over 2,500 employees nationwide, making India its largest workforce base outside Australia and the US. Approximately 75% of these employees are in R&D roles, contributing to core product areas including enterprise search, commerce, data residency, and customer success.
