Awfis has launched a 100,000 sq ft Elite workspace at Prestige Trade Centre in Delhi Aerocity, targeting GCCs and enterprise occupiers. The centre offers built-to-suit and ready-to-move-in offices, hospitality-led amenities and technology-enabled services. It becomes Awfis’ ninth Elite centre as the company expands its premium workspace presence.
Awfis Space Solutions has opened a new Elite by Awfis centre at Prestige Trade Centre in Aerocity, New Delhi, adding approximately 100,000 sq ft of chargeable workspace to its premium portfolio. The facility combines built-to-suit and ready-to-move-in offices, with a focus on global capability centres (GCCs) and large enterprise occupiers.
The location gives occupiers direct access to Indira Gandhi International Airport and Aerocity Metro Station on the Airport Express Line, making connectivity a central part of the offering. The launch comes as premium flexible workspace operators increasingly focus on business districts that can serve large companies with requirements for quality, scale and access.
Workspace Designed Around Enterprise Needs
The new centre goes beyond conventional office infrastructure, combining workplace design with hospitality and technology-led services. Its amenities include the Nexus Lounge for collaboration and brainstorming, Biophilic Pods for focused work, purpose-built meeting rooms and the Epicentre for informal interactions.
The centre also includes dedicated podcast rooms, gourmet cafés and concierge-style services. These features are designed to support a range of workplace requirements, from focused individual work and formal meetings to informal collaboration and employee engagement.
According to Amit Ramani, Chairman and Managing Director, Awfis Space Solutions, “Aerocity has emerged as one of Delhi NCR’s most strategic business districts,” with demand coming from GCCs, large enterprises and technology companies looking for premium, well-connected workspaces.
Aerocity Becomes Ninth Elite Centre
The Aerocity launch is part of Awfis’ premiumisation strategy. Its premium portfolio now spans 37 centres across India, while the Elite brand has expanded to nine locations.
Before the Aerocity launch, Awfis operated eight Elite centres across Bengaluru and Hyderabad. The new Delhi centre extends the premium format into another major metropolitan market and strengthens the company’s focus on GCC-oriented workspace solutions.
Awfis said its Elite portfolio already serves clients including ABC Fitness, Meltwater, a French FMCG company and an American semiconductor company, reflecting the mix of enterprise and multinational occupiers targeted by the format.
Premiumisation Drives Flexible Workspace Growth
The Aerocity centre highlights how flexible workspace operators are moving beyond basic coworking formats to offer more customised and service-led office solutions. Built-to-suit spaces, hospitality services, collaboration infrastructure and employee-focused amenities are increasingly becoming part of the proposition for enterprise occupiers.
Ramani said the company’s new centre is intended to combine “world-class infrastructure with a strong focus on hospitality and wellbeing.” He added that Awfis aims to provide occupiers with a workspace experience that matches the scale and ambitions of their businesses.
With its strategic location, large floor plate and enterprise-focused design, the new Elite centre adds another sizeable flexible workspace option to Delhi Aerocity’s growing commercial office ecosystem.
