BHIVE Workspace has launched a new premium coworking centre in Bengaluru with over 2,000 desks, reinforcing its position in one of India’s most dynamic office corridors. Located at Sattva Premia in Bellandur, the Centre spans 100,000 square feet. It is situated along the highly sought-after Outer Ring Road (ORR), a magnet for IT parks and corporate offices.

The space has been leased from leading real estate developer Sattva Group and marks a strategic expansion for BHIVE, which now operates 28 centres across Bengaluru and Mumbai. The company’s total footprint has reached 1.8 million square feet of managed workspace, concentrated mainly in high-demand, tech-forward micro-markets.

According to BHIVE Founder & CEO Shesh Rao Paplikar, the launch responds directly to increasing demand from enterprise clients and Global Capability Centres (GCCs) seeking agile, premium office solutions. “The new Grade A centre strengthens our position in Bengaluru’s business corridor and offers unmatched accessibility and connectivity through HSR and the upcoming Blue Line metro,” he said.

The Bellandur facility reflects the broader trend of large-scale flexible workspace adoption by corporates and GCCs.
