BuzzWorks Leases 24,000 Sq Ft to Infor India in Hyderabad’s HITEC City

BuzzWorks, the flexible workspace arm of Brigade Group, has signed a 24,000 sq ft lease with Infor India at Auro Orbit, HITEC City, Hyderabad. Designed with an “Urban Forest” theme, the centre supports BuzzWorks’ push to scale to 1 million sq ft and 1 lakh seats across India by 2030.

BuzzWorks Expands Hyderabad Footprint with Infor India Deal at HITEC City

HYDERABAD: BuzzWorks, the flexible office space brand from Brigade Group, has leased 24,000 sq ft to Infor India Private Limited at Auro Orbit in HITEC City, marking a strategic step in its expansion across India’s managed workspace market.

Located on the 18th floor, the workspace follows an “Urban Forest” theme and will serve as a key delivery centre for Infor’s tech and support operations. This deal is part of BuzzWorks’ broader goal to scale its portfolio to 1 million sq ft by FY2026 and reach 1 lakh seats across the country by 2030.

Hyderabad’s Flex Space Momentum Grows

BuzzWorks first entered Hyderabad’s market in September 2023 with a 25,000 sq ft facility in the same Auro Orbit tower. That space houses 416 desks, alongside collaborative zones and meeting rooms, catering to evolving workplace preferences.

Siddharth Verma, General Manager at BuzzWorks, stated that the leasing activity reflects broader trends. “Hyderabad saw 12.5 million sq ft of Grade A leasing in 2024, up 56% year-on-year, driven by IT and Global Capability Centres. Flexible workspaces accounted for 14% of this, highlighting the growing shift from fixed assets to experience-driven, office-as-a-service models.”

From Startup to Scaled Enterprise Solution

Launched in 2019, BuzzWorks operates 8,000 seats across key South Indian cities including Bengaluru, Chennai, Kochi, and Trivandrum. Its parent company, Brigade Enterprises, has backed the venture’s aggressive growth strategy as enterprise clients increasingly demand scalable, managed office solutions.

Nirupa Shankar, Joint Managing Director of Brigade Enterprises, had earlier confirmed the firm’s goal of hitting 1 lakh seats by 2030. “We see growing demand for flexible workspaces, and BuzzWorks has been well-received,” she said in an April 2025 interview.

BuzzWorks Eyes Leadership in Managed Workspaces

With the latest deal in Hyderabad’s booming IT corridor, BuzzWorks is positioning itself as a serious contender in India’s high-growth flexible office market. As more corporates pivot to hybrid work and decentralised hubs, managed workspaces with premium designs and service layers are becoming central to workplace strategy.

The partnership with Infor India signals confidence from large-scale tech players in BuzzWorks’ value proposition — a mix of quality infrastructure, managed services, and enterprise-ready flexibility.
