EFC (India) Records 196% Jump in Q1 FY26 Profit, Wins Big Contracts

EFC (India), a Pune-based flexible workspace and fit-out services provider, posted a remarkable 195.94% jump in Q1 FY26 net profit to ₹46.67 crore. Revenue more than doubled to ₹223.25 crore. Alongside financial gains, the company secured major contracts, added significant leasing capacity, and acquired a commercial property—signalling continued strategic expansion.

In the April–June quarter of FY26, EFC (India) swung to strong profitability, with net consolidated profit soaring to ₹46.67 crore, compared with ₹15.77 crore last year, a growth of 196%. Total income surged over 112% to ₹223.25 crore, nearly doubling from ₹105.28 crore a year earlier.

Expanding Workspace Leasing & Fit-out Services

During the quarter, EFC (India): Added 145,000 sq ft of leased office space (~3,000 seats)

Ek Design Industries, a furniture company, secured a ₹100 crore fit-out project from a major MNC and won its first international fit-out contract in Saudi Arabia for a seven-star hotel through Nuvara Global.

Strategic Purchasing in Pune

The business strengthened its real estate portfolio and solidified its position in important urban areas with the completion of the purchase of Quantum Towers, a 122,000 square foot commercial building in Pune.

Growth with Diversified Offerings

By fusing experience in interior design and fit-out with office leasing, EFC is gaining traction. Its goal to reach beyond Indian borders is indicated by its entry into foreign markets through Ek Design.
