IndiQube Spaces Limited has secured a major enterprise deal in Pune, reinforcing the growing role of Global Capability Centres (GCCs) in India’s flexible workspace market. The company has signed a five-year agreement valued at ₹54 crore for 1,140 seats at its IndiQube Orchid facility in Yerwada.
This transaction reflects a broader shift in occupier behaviour, with global firms increasingly opting for managed office solutions rather than traditional leases.
