JustCo is debuting its luxury flex brand, THE COLLECTIVE, in India with flagship centres at DLF Cyberpark, Gurugram and Helios Business Park, Bengaluru, opening in early 2026. Positioned in prime business corridors, the hospitality-led workspaces feature curated experiences, premium ergonomics, India-exclusive customisable suites, and deepen JustCo’s expanding Asia-Pacific portfolio.
A Strategic Entry into a High-Growth Flex Market
JustCo, one of Asia’s leading flexible workspace providers, is making a decisive entry into India with THE COLLECTIVE, its luxury coworking brand. The company will open dual flagship centres at DLF Cyberpark in Gurugram and Helios Business Park in Bengaluru, both slated to go live in early 2026.
The timing aligns with India’s rapid expansion of its office market. In 2024, the country recorded 79 million sq. ft. of office absorption, with flexible workspaces accounting for nearly 20% of that volume. This share is expected to grow further as enterprises seek refined, adaptable spaces that blend experience, flexibility, and scale.
“India’s flex market is entering an exciting phase of growth, and this marks a pivotal chapter in JustCo’s regional expansion,” said Kong Wan Long, Chief Commercial Officer of JustCo. “Workspaces today extend beyond function; they reflect culture, identity, and aspiration.”
Hospitality-Led Workspaces Where Experience Comes First
THE COLLECTIVE is positioned as a hospitality-inspired workspace concept, treating the office as a place of experience and belonging rather than a purely functional asset. Each location will offer concierge-style service, curated lounges, and wellness-led features designed to uplift the workday.
Members can expect thoughtful rituals woven into daily operations—from morning pour-over % Arabica coffee and TWG Tea selections to an evening Aperitif Hour. Workstations will feature Herman Miller seating and height-adjustable desks, bringing ergonomic comfort and premium fit-outs to the fore. As Kong puts it, “With THE COLLECTIVE, we are creating environments where every element, from spatial design to service, is shaped with intention and care.”
Flagship Destinations Rooted in Local Context
Both Indian locations draw heavily from their urban context and surroundings. In Gurugram, THE COLLECTIVE will be housed at DLF Cyberpark, a LEED Platinum-certified asset surrounded by Fortune 500 occupiers and upscale hotels. The centre’s design draws on a modern haveli courtyard, with tactile finishes and tranquil lounges that create a sense of retreat within a dense business hub.
In Bengaluru, THE COLLECTIVE Helios Business Park will sit along the Outer Ring Road, one of the city’s most connected corporate corridors. Framed by landscaped greens and abundant natural light, the space will reference Bengaluru’s garden-city heritage through botanical textures and a calming palette that supports focus and clarity.
India-Exclusive Customisable Suites and a Growing Regional Footprint
A key differentiator for India will be THE COLLECTIVE’s customisable suites, offered exclusively in this market. With guidance from the brand’s design consultants, members can personalise layouts, materials, and lighting to mirror their culture, rhythm, and brand identity. Each setting is meant to balance high functionality with character, reflecting THE COLLECTIVE’s philosophy of measured, detail-oriented design.
India becomes the sixth destination in THE COLLECTIVE’s portfolio, joining Tokyo, Osaka, Taipei, and Bangkok. It also reinforces JustCo’s broader strategy of serving different segments through a family of coworking brands: THE COLLECTIVE (luxury), JustCo (premium), and the boring office (essentials).
Founded in 2011 and headquartered in Singapore, JustCo continues to build high-quality, tech-integrated centres across Asia’s gateway cities. With THE COLLECTIVE’s India launch, the company is betting on workspaces that are not just flexible, but distinctly crafted—spaces where design integrity, hospitality, and choice shape the next chapter of how and where businesses grow.
