Ashish joins Officebanao after a successful tenure at Knight Frank India, where he served as Senior Director and MRICS. Prior experience at JLL India further deepened his expertise, covering office spaces, data centres, and commercial real estate mandates. Throughout his career, Ashish has worked with marquee clients including Emerson, Citibank, and Ion Exchange, executing high-profile transactions and complex real estate solutions.

Landmark Deals and Industry Impact

Ashish’s career highlights include some of India’s largest commercial deals over the past few years. He successfully closed Magic Software’s largest managed office deal in 2020 with Smartworks during the challenging COVID period. He also delivered Knight Frank’s most significant mandate for STT GDC in Noida. He played a pivotal role in leasing 3 lakh sq. ft. to Samsung Electronics for its India headquarters at Two Horizon Centre, one of the biggest commercial office deals of 2016.
