Prestige Group and Autodesk Join Forces to Redefine Real Estate Development in India

Prestige Group has entered a landmark three-year partnership with Autodesk to roll out enterprise-wide digital transformation across its entire project portfolio. The deal — one of the largest of its kind in Indian real estate — introduces connected cloud platforms, 4D/5D project integration, and standardised digital workflows across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality developments, positioning Prestige as a technology-forward pioneer in the sector.

India’s real estate sector is no stranger to ambition, but Prestige Group’s latest move signals something bigger than a technology upgrade. The Bengaluru-based developer has announced a strategic three-year alliance with Autodesk, the global Design and Make platform company. This partnership will deploy Autodesk Forma and the Autodesk AEC Collection across its entire enterprise.

The deal is being recognised as one of the largest new enterprise engagements in the real estate sector, bringing Autodesk’s full suite of design authoring tools and construction cloud capabilities under one connected digital roof for Prestige.

One Ecosystem, Every Project

At the heart of the partnership is a push toward standardisation. Prestige Group will move its operations onto a unified digital platform that covers every step in a project’s lifecycle—starting with initial planning and design, through construction, and ending with project delivery. This means consultants (external experts who advise on projects), contractors (companies responsible for building), and internal stakeholders (employees and managers) across all its asset classes will work within a single, digitally integrated framework.

The goal is clear: reduce fragmentation, improve visibility, and build the kind of infrastructure that supports long-term growth without sacrificing quality or control.

Pioneering 4D and 5D Capabilities at Scale

One of the most forward-looking elements of this partnership is Prestige’s plan to implement advanced 4D and 5D project capabilities. 4D refers to integrating design with scheduling, while 5D adds cost management to this process. Both work together to directly link design, scheduling, cost management, and execution workflows.

This integration puts Prestige among the first real estate developers globally to pursue this level of digital sophistication using Autodesk technologies.

“By partnering with Autodesk, we are building a connected digital backbone that unifies design and execution across our enterprise,” said Vishesh Kaul, Chief Information & Digital Officer at Prestige Group. “This move enables greater collaboration, improved efficiency, and stronger control across our projects while positioning us for a more sustainable and future-ready growth journey.”

A Vote of Confidence in Cloud-First Development

For Autodesk, the partnership reinforces its deepening footprint in the Indian and South Asian real estate market. Kamolika Gupta Peres, Vice President of Autodesk India & SAARC, noted the broader shift playing out across the industry: “By embracing integrated, cloud-based platforms, the industry can revolutionise how projects are delivered — enabling sustainable, design-driven, and cost-efficient developments to be completed in significantly less time.”

Setting a New Benchmark

The Prestige-Autodesk collaboration is more than a software rollout — it represents a structural shift in how large-scale real estate development is managed in India.

As the sector increasingly embraces data-driven decision-making and connected workflows, this partnership is likely to influence how other major developers approach their own digital transformation journeys. For the flexible workspace and commercial real estate industry, the message is simple: the future is integrated, and it’s arriving faster than expected.
