Alongside his new title, Singh will continue in his existing responsibilities as National Director – Transactions and National Lead – Strategic & Corporate Accounts. With more than 20 years of experience spanning commercial real estate and flexible workspaces, Kamaljeet Singh brings a rare blend of occupier insight and landlord alignment to Qdesq’s leadership team. His career has been shaped by deep involvement in leasing strategy, enterprise portfolio planning, and large-scale workplace rollouts—skills that are critical as companies rethink office footprints post-pandemic.

He previously served as Regional Director – North at Smartworks, AGM – Leasing Commercial Space at AIPL-AMBUIA, and Deputy General Manager at Paharpur Business Centre. Earlier in his career, he was also associated with Britt World Wide India.
