Realty+ South 2025 convened this year’s developers, architects, workplace leaders, and PropTech players to map South India’s realty direction. Sessions covered design-led trust and safety, the region’s growth engine, digital transformation, and offices, IT parks, and flex-space momentum. The 17th Excellence Awards honoured standout individuals, projects, and managed workspace brands.
Realty+ South Conclave & Excellence Awards 2025 brought South India’s realty community together for a day of debate and recognition on what is reshaping the region’s property markets. With developers, architects, workplace strategists, and PropTech firms on one platform, the event highlighted a clear shift: South India is setting benchmarks for experience-led buildings and digital-first delivery.
Conclave is backed by a strong ecosystem
The 2025 edition was powered by Arisinfra Solutions Ltd., with support from Anarock Property Consultant and Mana Projects. Co-partners included Nisus Finance Services, Kohler, and Puravankara, while Sell.do and Archvi anchored the technology layer. PropTech partner Reloy and industry bodies such as BRAI, FIABCI-India, and CREA(I) added market depth. The range of collaborators reflected how the South’s growth is driven by an integrated network of capital, design, sales, and technology.
Design, trust, and safety in workplaces
The conclave opened with Expression. Emotion. Experience: Designing Trust & Safety in Workplace and Campus Spaces. Panellists from Christ University, Tablespace Technologies, Booking Holdings, Gensler, and LinkedIn India argued that comfort, inclusivity, and safety have become business outcomes, not just design preferences. As hybrid work matures, offices that feel safer and more human are winning longer tenures and stronger brand loyalty.
South India’s growth engine
In South India Growth Story: The Real Estate Powerhouse of India, leaders from BCD Group, Puravankara, Kohler, Carnegie India, and Arisinfra traced the region’s momentum to infrastructure upgrades, diverse job creation, and corridor-led urbanisation. Demand is spreading beyond traditional CBDs into new clusters, giving developers and commercial operators a broader playing field across Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and their satellite markets.
Digital transformation and flex momentum
The afternoon moved to Reimagining Realty: Future-Proofing Through Digital Transformation, stressing that CRM maturity, automation, and data-led marketing are now table stakes. That conversation flowed into South India Commercial Realty: Offices, IT Parks & Flex-spaces Growth, where Embassy REIT, Awfis, Gopalan Enterprises, and other experts discussed the next commercial wave. Grade-A offices and IT parks remain core, but enterprise demand is increasingly tilting toward managed offices and coworking that scale up or down fast.
Excellence Awards 2025
The 17th Realty+ Excellence Awards – South 2025 recognised leadership and projects across residential, commercial, architecture, branding, and PropTech. Individual honours went to Chitra Vishwanath as Iconic Design Leader of India, Ashwinder R. Singh as Business Leader of the Year, and Ritesh Singhal as CXO of the Year. Developer and project awards highlighted landmark work from groups such as Assetz, Mana Projects, Bagmane, Brigade, Puravankara, Phoenix Mills, and Mindspace REIT, across asset types and price bands.
PropTech & flex winners to watch
For flexible workspaces, the PropTech & Flex categories were a signal of where the market is headed. Reloy won PropTech Brand of the Year, archVi took PropTech Digital Transformation in Real Estate, and Mygate was recognised for PropTech ERP Solution of the Year. On workspace delivery, 91Springboard Business Hub won Managed Office Space Design of the Year, Awfis earned Coworking Space Design of the Year for Elite Coworking at Prestige Tech Park, and GoodWorks was named Managed Offices Brand of the Year.
Overall, Realty+ South 2025 captured a region moving fast—where design credibility, digital execution, and enterprise-led flex demand are shaping South India’s next realty wave.
