The company plans to launch new centres in five key cities—Bengaluru, Kochi, Coimbatore, Trivandrum, and Calicut—to meet rising demand from startups, SMEs, and large enterprises seeking flexible, tech-enabled office solutions.
In Bengaluru, SpazeOne will introduce a 2 lakh sq. ft. centre in Whitefield near Seetharamapalaya Metro Station, offering phased expansion options within the same building. The city remains central to the company’s roadmap, given its proximity to global capability centres (GCCs), high-growth startups, and enterprise clients.
Future-Ready Workspaces for Enterprises

The first quarter of 2026 will also see the launch of new centres in Kochi, Coimbatore, and Trivandrum. Notable upcoming locations include Alapatt Heritage MG Road and AMV Park Kundanoor in Kochi, Caspian Tech Park Phase-2 at Infopark Kakkanad, and Alagendira Plaza on Avinashi Road in Coimbatore. These centres are strategically chosen for connectivity, infrastructure, and enterprise accessibility.
