Spring House Workspaces has named Saurabh Kalra as its new Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence and geographic expansion. With over 25 centres across Delhi-NCR, the coworking brand aims to scale nationally, improve operational efficiency, and meet the rising demand for flexible and hybrid office spaces
Spring House Workspaces, one of India’s leading homegrown coworking and flexible workspace brands, has appointed Saurabh Kalra as its new Chief Operating Officer. The move comes as the company sharpens its focus on scaling operations, expanding into new markets, and strengthening its position in India’s fast-growing flexible office space sector. Kalra brings over 23 years of leadership experience spanning manufacturing, exports, retail, and consulting, adding operational depth to Spring House’s growth ambitions.
Strengthening Core Operations and Expansion Plans
In his new role, Kalra will oversee end-to-end operations across Spring House’s portfolio, drive efficiencies across existing centres, and support expansion into new geographies. The company currently operates more than 25 centres across Delhi-NCR, spanning over 8 lakh sq. ft. of flexible workspace. As demand rises for managed offices, hybrid work models, and enterprise-ready coworking solutions, operational scale and consistency have become critical differentiators in the sector.
Focus on Future-Ready Work Environments
Commenting on his appointment, Kalra highlighted his intent to build high-quality, adaptable workspaces aligned with evolving business needs. “I am excited about collaborating with the team to create and deliver incredible experiences in working environments while providing businesses that want to build future-ready office environments with alternative options,” he said. His mandate aligns closely with the growing shift among occupiers toward flexible leases, employee-centric design, and technology-enabled offices.
Founder’s Vision for Scalable Growth
Mukul Pasricha, Founder and CEO of Spring House Workspaces, said Kalra’s appointment will play a key role in the company’s next growth chapter. “Saurabh will bring to us a wealth of knowledge through his vast experience in operations, management, and the workspace industry, and will help create strong synergies as we scale our business and further our commitment to providing world-class coworking and hybrid workspace solutions,” Pasricha said. The leadership addition underscores Spring House’s intent to professionalize operations as it grows beyond its core markets.
Deep Experience Across Consumer and Enterprise Businesses
Before joining Spring House, Kalra served as CEO of VNS Accessories and held senior leadership roles at FS Life, which includes brands such as FableStreet and Pink Fort. His earlier experience spans Madhubani Exports, White Rock International, and Indsource International, giving him exposure to both domestic and global business environments. He also continues as the founder of White Rock Consultare, a consulting firm he established over 18 years ago, reflecting his long-standing focus on operational strategy and business transformation.
A Strategic Step in a Growing Market
Kalra’s academic background includes an AGMP from IIM Ahmedabad, an MBA from JIMS Rohini, a B.Com from Delhi University, and a diploma in Fashion Merchandising and Production Technology from Pearl Academy. His appointment comes at a time when flexible workspace operators are increasingly catering to mid-sized enterprises, startups, and large corporates seeking scalable, professionally managed office solutions. For Spring House, the move signals a clear intent to build a stronger operational backbone as it prepares for nationwide expansion and long-term relevance in India’s evolving commercial real estate landscape.
