Stylework Raises $1 Million in Pre-Series B Round to Expand AI-Powered Flexible Workspace Platform

Flexible workspace platform Stylework has raised $1 million in the second close of its pre-Series B funding round led by Auxano Capital. The fresh capital will support expansion into Tier I and Tier II cities, strengthen its AI-driven workspace platforms, enhance enterprise partnerships, and accelerate workspace digitisation across India.

Stylework, one of India’s growing technology-driven flexible workspace platforms, has raised $1 million in the second close of its pre-Series B funding round, with Auxano Capital leading the investment. The latest funding takes the company’s total pre-Series B raise to more than $3.5 million, following an earlier round backed by Equentis Angel Fund, Karekeba Ventures/Cogniphy AIF Fund, MoneyVyapaar, and LetsVenture Fund. The investment reflects increasing confidence in digital workspace solutions as enterprises continue shifting toward flexible and hybrid workplace strategies.

Founded in 2016 by Sparsh Khandelwal, Stylework has built a technology platform that connects enterprises with coworking operators and managed office providers across India. Beyond workspace discovery, the company also offers meeting room bookings, enterprise workspace management, and software tools designed to help businesses optimise workplace operations through technology.

Funding to Accelerate Expansion and Technology

The newly raised capital will primarily support Stylework’s next phase of growth. According to the company, the investment will be used to expand its presence across Tier I and Tier II cities, strengthen its Flexboard and Stylework.ai platforms, deepen relationships with enterprise clients, and accelerate workspace digitisation and standardisation across its operator network.

Commenting on the funding, Sparsh Khandelwal, Founder of Stylework, said, “Enterprises today need flexible, technology-driven workspace infrastructure that can scale across cities while remaining compliant, efficient and employee-centric.”

He added, “This fundraising strengthens our vision of building the operating system for flexible workspaces and creating a unified ecosystem for the future of work.” The company’s focus on AI-powered workspace management reflects a broader industry shift toward data-driven workplace planning and smarter real estate utilisation.

Building a Nationwide Flexible Workspace Network

Stylework has steadily expanded its presence across India and now provides enterprises with access to more than 10,000 workspace centres in over 125 cities. This extensive network enables businesses to offer employees flexible work locations while reducing the need for long-term office leases.

The company also reported strong financial performance, achieving ₹340 crore in Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) this year while maintaining an annual net revenue run rate of over ₹50 crore. Notably, Stylework said it has remained profitable for the second consecutive year, an important milestone in a sector where many growth-stage companies continue to prioritise expansion over profitability.

Investor Confidence in the Future of Flexible Work

Auxano Capital believes the company’s technology-first approach positions it well for the future of enterprise work. Explaining the investment, Brijesh Damodaran, Managing Partner at Auxano Capital, said, “The future of work is increasingly flexible and distributed, and we believe Stylework is building the right infrastructure to enable this shift at scale.”

He further noted, “Their ability to unify fragmented workspace supply through technology while simplifying enterprise workspace management aligns with the evolving needs of businesses today.”

A Growing Opportunity for Workspace Technology

The latest funding comes at a time when enterprises are increasingly adopting hybrid work models and seeking technology platforms that simplify workspace management across multiple cities. Instead of relying solely on traditional office leases, organisations are seeking flexible solutions that balance scalability, operational efficiency, and employee convenience.

With fresh capital, expanding AI capabilities, and a rapidly growing nationwide network, Stylework is positioning itself as more than a workspace marketplace. By investing in digital infrastructure, enterprise partnerships, and standardised workspace operations, the company aims to play a larger role in shaping India’s evolving flexible workspace ecosystem and the future of work.
